The heart of Hot Springs, North Carolina, is the 100 acre Resort & Spa. They feature modern Jacuzzi style hot tubs, positioned outside along the tranquil banks of Spring Creek and the French Broad River; the tubs are supplied with a continuous flow of the 100 - 104 degree natural mineral waters. Area visitors can reserve a tub for an hour at a time, seven days a week, 10 am - 10 pm, throughout the year
Since 1778, whether you're treating a health problem or simply relaxing in the hot waters of the natural mineral baths, the health-giving properties of this properties' hot mineral waters will warm you inside and out. Soaking in the hot water relieves stress and fatigue from the mind and body, and after strenuous exercise or work, soaking in these waters eases stiffness and pain of the muscles and joints, helps increase circulation and oxygen flow, and has been known to help circulatory illnesses. After some of the wonderful outdoor recreational activities ~a spa soak can feel especially good!
They feature modern Jacuzzi style hot tubs built into wooden
decks with the hot natural mineral spring water flowing constantly to them from deep inside the earth. Each bath is drained and
sanitized after each use. One can relax in secluded, private
outdoor settings along the scenic Spring Creek and French Broad River. Enhance the curative powers of the mineral waters by drinking from the tap as well as soaking in the tubs! Feel free to bring plastic water bottles or jugs to fill at no charge.
There are sixteen outdoor mineral baths (more to come) ranging from 100-104 degrees available seven days a week year round, but call in advance during winter months for hours of operation.

Salt Glow -A Gentle full body exfoliation utilizing a rejuvenating blend of Dead Sea Salts and essential oils followed up by a natural hot mineral spring rinse and deep moisture treatment Herbal Body Wrap-Essential oils and plant extracts applied to the skin and covered by a warm thermal wrap. The head and neck are massaged and the session finishes with healing lotion. *Ultra hydrating and relaxing. Feet Treat-Soft exfoliation using Dead Seas Salts and essential oils, followed by a calming foot bath in the natural hot mineral spring water, followed by an extensive foot massage. *Deeply relaxing. Botanical Mud Wrap -A natural clay and botanical treatment that detoxifies, firms and softens the skin. The mud is applied and then you are wrapped in a warm cocoon, while the head and neck are massaged. Followed by a rinse in the natural mineral spring water and a deeply moisturizing lotion.

Although the majority of Spa customers are highly satisfied, we have had others who were unaware, and therefore disappointed by this.
